Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?

  1. All booking fees are final sales and non-refundable. Booking fees are credited towards the final bill. Any remaining charges (i.e. gratuity, additional time) will be collected at the end of the tour. 


Q. Are alcohol and lunch included?

  1. No, alcohol and lunch are not included. Tasting fees are not included in our tours. Most tour companies do not include tasting fees. Generally when other tour companies include tasting fees as part of their tours you may also endure long lines, large groups, and an overall lack luster experience. The way we navigate this is by finding out what you're comfortable with and working an itinerary around those parameters.


Q. Is gratuity included?

  1. No gratuity is not included, recommended gratuity for tour guides is 20% of the tour as long as you are happy with the service.
